The Pre-3 Community is an extension of one woman’s mission to create peace in the world by transforming the way adults relate to children pre-3. Birgit Kamps, of Houston, Texas, and her daughter Beatriz, aim to help families with young children have healthy, happy, peaceful lives. She has also partnered with Lynne Aiken who facilitates the Pre-3 Community events.

Lynne Aiken, facilitator, is a Montessori Teacher Trainer at Houston Montessori Center at the Infant and Toddler Level.  She also runs an in home Montessori environment for infants.  Mother of 5 adult children, Lynne credits her children with guiding her to the Montessori community, the Nonviolent Communication community, and to a community of like-minded parents who have become life-long friends.
